Refunds
All ticket purchases or bookings are non-refundable. This is similar to booking tickets to a festival or concert.
Changes to a booking
Tickets may be transferred to another name. A booking may be rescheduled 72hrs notice or more before the start of the event date. If the you contact us within this 72hr period, you tickets may not be able to be rescheduled.
Transfers
Its is always possible to transfer a booking to someone else or allow someone to attend in one's place.
